“We started our world-class manufacturing initiative in the Fargo plant in 2008 to improve quality and productivity in and since that time, we’ve invested more than $50 million in new equipment and new processes,” says Erik Olson, Fargo Plant Manager.
At the facility, both engineering and design people work together under one roof to produce the best possible products. The video shows some of the cutting-edge assembly processes that are used during the manufacturing of the Steigers.
