The 2012 Farm Progress Show was considered a huge success, as farmers throughout North America and other countries swarmed to Boone, Iowa, to see new agricultural products and technology. They definitely found what they were looking for at the Case IH exhibit.

Huge standing-room-only crowds packed the Case IH arena to witness the unveiling of the new 2013 Steiger© Rowtrac™ tractor. Farmers were able to see firsthand the advantages of four tracks compared to two in row-crop applications.

We proudly unveiled new features on our legendary Axial-Flow® combines for 2013, including a redesigned cab and a new folding auger with an industry-exclusive pivoting spout option.

The introduction of the Case IH Magnum™ tractor in 1987 marked a major milestone, and so did the special Magnum 25th Anniversary Edition tractor that was introduced at the 2012 Farm Progress Show. The 1988 model year Magnum tractor was the first designed and produced after the birth of Case IH – the result of J.I. Case and International Harvester coming together. Since then, Case IH Magnum Series tractors have delivered producer-driven, proven technology that has helped producers Be Ready for 25 years.

Case IH Farmall® compact tractors now offer an easy-to-use continuously variable transmission (CVT) option for the new model Farmall 40B CVT, 45B CVT and 50B CVT Class 3 cab tractors. A CVT option allows Case IH Farmall customers to get more done in less time while maximizing fuel efficiency and managing operating costs.

The latest addition to the Case IH Nutri-Placer line, the Nutri-Placer 920, is designed for productivity and uptime while placing nutrients in the root zone to maximize return on investment.

The LB4 Series large square baler, designed for both style and function, also was showcased at the Farm Progress Show. The new design changes make these balers significantly more efficient than previous models, resulting in 25 more bales per day.

If you weren’t able to attend the Farm Progress Show, you can see all the new Case IH products at the Husker Harvest Show, September 11-13, 2012, in Wood River, Neb.
