Case IH and the Wounded Warrior

For the past couple of years, the Case IH Pro Demo Team travels during the summer and fall supporting Case IH dealers and customers as they demonstrate the productivity and value of the Axial-Flow combine and headers. Although the primary purpose of this small group of specialists is to support Case IH dealers, like the ProHarvest Support Team, they are never too busy to help or bring awareness to those in need. Case IH has two ProHarvest teams that support custom harvesters as they make their way from the Texas/Oklahoma border up through the northern plains states all the way to Manitoba,  Saskatchewan and Alberta in late fall. These three-man teams provide parts when needed and 24/7 emergency breakdown assistance for the custom harvesters. They also support local dealerships and host combine demonstrations as they work their way up the center of the U.S. and Canada. Case IH has remained dedicated to the ProHarvest support program for 24 years. (more…)

Three well-seasoned engineers and ag equipment technicians travel around the U.S. with a Case IH Axial-Flow Combine offering a unique service. Both current and new customers have the opportunity to get in the combine cab and get some real “stick-time” harvesting. They get to “see for themselves” the benefits of running an axial-flow, ranging from comfort to grain quality. Starting from early May until the end of Harvest, these three guys are the pros on these machines, offering technical advice and operational support too. These experts are the Case IH Pro Demo Team, and this year, they were making time for more than just demos.  (more…)
