New Trailers Bring Service Efficiency to the Field

Reduce downtime with a new fuel and service trailer available from your Case IH dealer.

Efficiently fueling and servicing your equipment helps you get more work done every day in the field. Now, you can get the most advanced field-service solutions from your local Case IH dealer.

Case IH has teamed up with Thunder Creek Equipment to offer new fuel and service trailers and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) delivery solutions. FST Series trailers adapt to your operation’s unique needs. Today, you might need only efficient fuel and DEF transportation. Tomorrow, if your needs change, the new FST Series is flexible to meet them.

FST Series trailers are available in 500-, 750- and 990-gallon fuel capacities. You can stick with the base package or add options that help you create a shop on wheels. You can customize your trailer to carry the tools, parts and service items you need to perform field maintenance and repairs. The new FST Series trailers include several features and improvements:

Improved DEF handling. The exclusive, closed-loop DEF delivery system with its two-in-one DEF pumping system is the best way to deliver to off-highway equipment. The system is compliant with ISO 22241 standards to maintain purity. Other features include:

  • A 100-gallon poly tank nested in the trailer frame for a low center of gravity
  • Higher pump flows
  • Automatic shut-off when filling
  • A tank that handles DEF freeze without damage

Expanded space. FST Series trailers provide 75 cubic feet of space up front and in the pump enclosures. The optional rear utility box adds 60 cubic feet of storage space and can be field-installed at any time.

Better access. Hatch-style doors allow unrestricted access to the pumping systems, controls and optional equipment. Each is ergonomically positioned for easy access.

More towable. The fully baffled fuel tanks now are taller, reducing the overall length of the trailer. The front enclosure is narrower for better maneuvering, making it the most towable trailer on the market.

Tougher. Built with 7 gauge steel and double-welded seams, Thunder Creek’s tough-trailer reputation helped make it a perfect partner for Case IH. The new FST Series trailers also feature a stronger frame — ideal for demanding off-road use. Replaceable fenders and rock guard provide even greater protection from rock chips and damage over the trailer’s life.

Option packages. A large selection of options — such as a five-drawer tool chest, 30-gallon auxiliary oil tank and pump, and a work site light tower — can help reduce downtime and improve field-service efficiency. And choosing from one of three available option packages can save you money.
