Our team approach at Case IH is all about keeping you running so you can Be Ready for the challenges you may face in your operation today, tomorrow or 10 years from now. Case IH specialists are continuous learners because farmers, too, are constantly adapting to stay at the top of their game. We invite you to watch the 360 Degrees of Support video to hear how our field team worked with one set of brothers and their Case IH dealer in Illinois to meet their operation’s specialized needs quickly and efficiently. Here’s what a few of the people featured in the video had to say about working with the Jacobs.
Len Horn, a member of the Case IH field service team, does everything he can to keep his customers’ machines running smoothly, and so do his counterparts across North America. “Every one of us has the same philosophy,” he says. “When one of our customer’s machines is down, there’s nothing more important than getting that machine back up and running.”
Cyndi Punke, a Precision Farming Specialist featured in the 360 Degrees video, says Case IH offers many precision agriculture solutions. Factors such as equipment, farming needs and tillage practices are taken into consideration to determine the right recommendations in a given situation. “I’ll talk to other specialists to make sure we’re offering the correct solution for each customer,” she says.
“It’s a team approach,” says Rick Rank, Regional Sales Director. “We have product specialists, we have service specialists, we have parts specialists, we have CNH Capital specialists; they all work together.”
With more than 900 dealer locations, superior service is available to every customer. In fact, two-thirds of Case IH North American employees live in the communities in which they work, collaborating with customers to put the most powerful, productive, reliable equipment in the industry to work, and helping Case IH owners Be Ready for what tomorrow may bring.
Tell us how Case IH has helped you Be Ready in your farming operation or in your community. Have you needed help with an issue and received exceptional service from someone at Case IH? We’d like to know!
