Check out the video capturing growers’ thoughts about Efficient Power. Customer experiences in the field this spring confirm the power, performance and fuel savings we’ve promised
Depending on where you’re located, harvest season is either rapidly approaching or well underway. It’s the time of year when you get see how well your efforts paid off. We understand that farming only gives you one shot at every season. We’ve said it before, our goal is to help you BE READY to take that shot.
While many key things, like the weather, grain markets or even government regulations, are out of your control, we aim to put you in the driver’s seat any time we can. One powerful way we do that is with our high-horsepower family of equipment, including our legendary Steiger®, Magnum™ and Puma® tractors. In 2012, we’re expanding that family, but more on that later.
Using Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology to reduce emissions and meet Tier 4A emissions requirements, Case IH is able to improve engine responsiveness and reduce fuel consumption by 10 percent on average. We call that Efficient Power.
We sum Efficient Power as equipment and technology that is powerful, smart and simple.
- Powerful – Engines tuned for power, not emissions, and designed to work in real-world farming conditions.
- Smart – Using Case IH/SCR technology, our equipment delivers top-notch fuel economy. With diesel prices in the $3.50 – $4.00 range, fuel economy has to be a priority.
- Simple – Case IH equipment is easy to operate and maintain because of its intuitive design, and Case IH FPT engines with SCR technology require only minimal daily maintenance and feature extended regular maintenance intervals.
Multiply our Efficient Power advantage across your operation’s fleet and you’re talking some real savings. Plus, with more value-added people in the field helping put Efficient Power technologies to work, you get a true competitive advantage, only available in red.
